Tap any tool in your collection to open its detail page.
What You’ll See
Section titled “What You’ll See”- Photos — swipeable gallery of tool photos
- Tags — color-coded tags for organization
- Details — serial number, type, condition, location, purchase info, warranty status
- Resources — links to find the manual, replacement parts, and repair videos for your tool
- Receipts & Documents — attached purchase receipts, warranty cards, and manuals
- Maintenance Log — history of maintenance performed on this tool
Quick Actions
Section titled “Quick Actions”The header area provides quick actions:
- Duplicate — create a copy of this tool (for when you own multiples)
- Edit — open the edit form to update any field
- Delete — permanently remove the tool and all its data
Warranty Status
Section titled “Warranty Status”If a warranty expiry date is set, it’s displayed with visual indicators:
- Green — warranty is active
- Red with warning icon — warranty has expired
Lending
Section titled “Lending”- If the tool is not lent out, you’ll see a Lend Tool button. Tap it, enter a name, and the tool is marked as lent with today’s date.
- If the tool is currently lent out, you’ll see who has it and a Mark Returned button to clear the lending status in one tap.
